Use of webspace accounts
- Unless granted by special permission, users may not run unauthorized processes from their webspace account.

- Eggdrop IRC bots
- IRC bouncers
- Screened processes
- Server daemons
- IRC clients
- ICQ clients or any form of instant messaging service (Yahoo,AOL,etc)
- Users may not store unauthorized software on their webspace account. This includes...
- Any copyright software.
- Any copyright music such as mpeg(3) files.
- Any copyright video.
- Users are not allowed to store pornographic material on their webspace account or link to external pornographic sites.
- Users are not permitted to link to their LoHost webspace from within unsolicited bulk e-mail (UCE) otherwise known as spam or junk e-mail.
- Users may not under any circumstances use their account to gain unauthorized access to other systems/networks.
- Users may not under any circumstances use LoHost facilities to attack other computer systems/networks.
Use of e-mail accounts
- LoHost strongly disapprove of junk e-mail, and users are not allowed to send unsolicited bulk e-mail through our mail servers.
- Any user sending unsolicited bulk e-mail through our servers is subject to account termination with no refunds. In addition we
will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the event of such misuse.
